As part of the Margaret Tait and Gunnie Moberg exhibition at Northlight Gallery – THE DAYS NEVER SEEM THE SAME a film programme will display in the gallery’s window on selected dates. LOOKING IN, LOOKING OUT is a selection of Tait’s silent films which study interiors and exteriors connected to her life and travels in Kirkwall, Edinburgh and Rome. The programme is curated by Marcus Jack and includes completed films alongside rarely seen unfinished work.

The exhibition is part of a wider series of screenings and events marking the centenary of Tait’s birth, coordinated by LUX Scotland, the University of Stirling, and the Pier Arts Centre.
